Lumumba , will deliver a Public L ecture in Sierra Leone , in commemoration of this year’s International Anti - Corruption (IAC) Day. Prof. Lumumba will present on the topic: “Retracing the „Athens of Africa‟ ; T he Centrality of the Fight Against Corruption in Achieving President Julius Maada Bio‟s Vision of a Reborn Prosperous Sierra Leone” at the Miatta Conference Centre at 4:00PM prompt , on Saturday 8th December, 2018 . Prof. Lumumba , a n illustrious legal luminary , is a former Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Kenya School of Law. He is Associate Professor of Public Law and Founding Dean, Kabarak University School of Law. He is a former Secretary of the Constitution of Kenya Review Commission and former Director of the defunct Kenya A nti - Corruption Commission ( n ow Ethics and An ti - Corruption Commission ) . He is the Founding Chairman of the Association of the Citizens Against Corruption in Kenya .
